[general pause for 30 milliseconds] it's unofficial yet but a lot of the offices are evacuating voluntarily.... [blah, more updates on situation]

boss: [yelling happily across to partner] hey [name], it's lunch time!! out! out! alfred you wanna come? [looking at watch] maybe you should just go back to school.
partner: yea let's go now. at least i want to be able to look at it if the building falls.
